Infrastructure minister refutes UK media claims
"The international media have got the wrong end of the stick" on imminent changes to bicycle helmet laws, according to the Island's new infrastructure minister.
It's been widely reported the Isle of Man will become the first jurisdiction to make wearing a helmet on a bicycle compulsory by law, following a debate in the House of Keys this week.
But, Tim Baker says that categorically isn't true:
