
The current row over natural gas between Russian firm Gazprom and the Ukraine won't affect supplies to the Isle of Man.
The power station at Pulrose runs on the fuel, but Chairman of the Manx Electricity Authority Quintin Gill says only a small amount of our gas comes from this source.
Supplies from Russia to Europe via the Ukraine were halted completely yesterday but Gazprom has promised to pump extra through other pipelines.
