
The Island’s food security is back on the agenda after Tesco said it wouldn’t have some products following bad weather this week.
Gale force winds meant ferries were cancelled and the supermarket couldn’t take deliveries of some lines.
However, Mike Horsthuis of Robinson's says the Island is almost self-sufficient in many ways, and there's no need to worry unduly about running out of food (audio file attached):
