Cleaning of seabird nesting area postponed
A poor weather forecast means Beach Buddies aren't out down south this morning (Sun 19th) as planned.
Their cleaning session at Langness will now take place next Sunday 26th, meeting at the main car park on the way to the lighthouse.
The Buddies are aiming to clear stretches of coastline, both down south and in the northwest, which are deemed the most important for seabirds, ahead of the 2017 nesting season, when some of the most sensitive areas are closed off to public access.
