Aldi not looking at the Island in its immediate future
'There's no immediate plan for an Isle of Man store'.
That's from supermarket giant Aldi after the chain announced 40 more branches to open in 2027.
The German discount shop is Britain's fourth largest grocer.
In a statement to Manx Radio an Aldi spokesperson said: “We continually review our store opening strategy and future expansion plans, although we have no immediate plans to open stores on the Isle of Man at this time."
