Manx Care has confirmed an 'isolated outbreak' of scabies at Noble's Hospital.
In a statement to Manx Radio, it says all necessary precautions and procedures are being followed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and staff.
It adds the situation is being carefully monitored and there is no wider risk to the public.
