Noble's has has been named in a prestigious 'top 100' list of best employers by the Nursing Times.
It's a prestigous accolade for the hospital - and confirmation that the nurses and midwives are valued, well-trained - and enjoy working there.
The list is based on survey replies from hospital staff - with a focus on nursing leadership, flexible working policies and a commitment to training.
Health Minister Eddie Teare (pictured) hopes the award will also help attract new staff:
