An ongoing investigation into the budgetary overspend by the Health Department, particularly at Noble's Hospital, continues this afternoon (Wed 9).
Director of Hospital Services Mike Quinn is speaking to the Public Accounts Committee at the Legislative Council Chamber.
Over the last two years combined, £20.6million extra funding was allocated to the Health Department by Treasury.
