The Northern Civic Amenity Site is set to reopen tomorrow (20 April).
It had been closed for a number of weeks to allow the new contractor to carry out 'essential work'.
The Isle of Man Government says the site at Balladoole will open from 9am to 4pm, seven days a week.
However, the "reuse" section will not be open initially.
Manx Rock took over the running of the facility last month.
