Supplies now restored
Water supplies are returning to normal in Ramsey, after a mains pipe burst overnight.
Manx Utilities reported a 'large area' around North Shore Road was without water yesterday teatime.
It took around four and a half hours to fix the problem.
Local residents are being advised to expect some 'discoloured' water this morning, and to run their kitchen taps until it clears.
