Fifty-thousand-pound rent arrears
The government forced a previous tenant out of Ramsey Shipyard because of unpaid rent.
Tynwald has been told that a high court possession order had been enforced on the site after a company - identified as DSC - amassed arrears in excess of £50,000 over three years.
Department for Enterprise Minister, Laurence Skelly, says the shipyard buildings are to be put to use:-
