Salisbury Street opens car park 'drive-thru'
Salisbury Street Nursing Home in Douglas opened the gates to its car park this afternoon, to reunite residents with their friends and family for the first time since lockdown began.

Loved ones started arriving from around 2:45pm, with roughly 15 minute slots allocated beforehand and no more than three residents outside at a time.
There were two similar 'drive-thrus' on Friday, 29 May and Wednesday, 3 June.

A spokesperson said the visits "proved very successful and incredibly valuable to our residents and their families."
