Initial steps to bring in legislation for energy pricing regulation have been taken.
It comes off the back of remarks by the Chief Minister that such regulation was in the pipeline.
The Office of Fair Trading say this was one of things things suggested in their investigations in to energy pricing. Nick Black (pictured) is their CEO.
