Onchan residents have an early opportunity this evening (Monday) to find out the rate they will be charged for the 2011/2012 financial year.
The local authority will confirm its budget for the twelve months from April, at a public meeting.

The meeting is in the commissioners' offices, in Main Road, from 7pm.
