Four flights affected after all passengers needed re-screening
Security issues reported at Ronaldsway Airport this afternoon (Friday 2 October) are said to have now been 'resolved'.
Reports to Manx Radio claimed that passengers from four flights had to go back through security after one person missed a swab call.
The listener claims around 60-70 percent of people were being swabbed as a result.
A spokesperson from Isle of Man Airport has confirmed there was a short security incident involving an individual, which led to all passengers being re-screened as a precaution.
They add it has led to delays to some departures too.
While the matter has now been resolved, the spokesperson has apologised to all those who were affected.
