If ham and bacon, salami and chorizo are your kind of thing, a foodie course being held in the Island over the next two days will make you drool!
The world of the cooked deli delights known as charcuterie, will be unveiled by UK expert Marc-Frederic, who's visiting the Island as part of a gourmet teaching tour.
He's to give two one-day charcuterie 'schools' in Regaby, when pupils will learn curing techniques for different cuts of pork, and how to prepare, slice and serve charcuterie.
Marc's worked as an artisan butcher in France and is known as 'le charcutier anglais'.
And he's seen potential for Manx-style charcuterie:
There are still places available on the courses, today (Tuesday) and Wednesday.
