Orrisdale Farm in Ballasalla hosts LEAF initiative
Hundreds of people have had the opportunity to learn more about farming and the countryside on the Isle of Man.
This month Orrisdale Farm in Ballasalla, once again, hosted ‘Open Farm Sunday’.
It’s part of the LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) initiative which gives farmers the chance to demonstrate what they do day-to-day on a working farm.
A number of local vendors were also on hand explaining their jobs and showcasing their animals.
