Manxman's crossings held up overnight and throughout Good Friday
There were further delays to the Steam Packet's Heysham sailings overnight (3 April) and there will be further delays to the schedule today.
Manxman, which had a delayed departure from Douglas yesterday evening, left the port in Lancashire at 3:45am, around an hour and a half later than scheduled.
Once again the ferry operator says this was due to 'operational reasons'.
This morning's 8:30am Heysham sailing is now due to depart at 9:30am, while this afternoon's 2:15pm sailing back to Douglas will now depart at 3:30pm.
And due to 'tidal restrictions' in Douglas Harbour, the Steam Packet says this sailing will have a delayed arrival into Douglas of approximately 8:30pm.
There are further delays to the schedule overnight, while a number of sailings tomorrow are in doubt due to the forecast adverse weather conditions.
The daytime and evening Heysham sailings as well as the afternoon Liverpool crossings are subject to possible disruption or cancellation.
