
Infrastructure Minister David Cretney says money will be spent on roads around the Island as and when they need repairing.
Yesterday (Tuesday) in Tynwald, he asked the court for permission to spend just over £4 million on strategic repairs, Ramsey Swingbridge and Douglas Promenade.
During each debate, he faced questions about other areas and roads that needed work.
Mr Cretney said cash would be spent on other schemes, but the money needed to be prioritised:
