A Honda outboard engine has been stolen from the East Quay on Mill Street in Peel.
It happened sometime between Tuesday and yesterday.
Police want to hear from anyone who knows what happened, or saw anyone acting suspiciously on East Quay over the last few days.
They say the outboard engine was attached to a small boat and would have taken a little time to remove.
