A teenager from the Isle of Man has been given an award for saving a man's life.
Ramsey Grammar School pupil Paige Goldsmith received her Royal Humane Society certificate from Chief Constable Mike Langdon today (Tuesday).
Paige, who is 17, discovered the 39-year-old man lying unconscious on the town's Ballure beach, at 11pm on Sunday, August 2 last year.
