Former lecturer claims he is victim of racial harrassment
A senior lecturer's employment and equality tribunal against Manx Care has formally concluded.
It follows two and a half days of hearings about Raymond Ndengeya's time as a cognitive behavioural therapy programme director here on the Island.
Mr Ndengeya alleges he was constructively dismissed from his role following a refused sabbatical request, something the healthcare body denies.
The tribunal will now consider all the evidence before a judgement is delivered.
