Chief Minister Allan Bell says he believes the outcome of the parking debate in last week's Tynwald was "very unfortunate"
The motion - which would have led to members of Tynwald paying for their parking spaces - was defeated after six members of the Legislative Council voted against the move.
DOI Minister Phil Gawne is aiming to bring the document back for a combined vote in Tynwald next month.
Allan Bell says the motion is aiming to be fair to everyone, and is not a money raising exercise; but changes may be made if it's felt they're required:
