Patients encouraged to attend Manx Care appointments alone

It's to be able to maintain social distancing

Manx Care is asking people to try and attend outpatient appointments alone, except in exceptional circumstances.

It's so social distancing can be maintained to prevent the spread of Covid after a rise in reported active cases.

Mask wearing has also been reintroduced at the Island's hospitals, and visitors are being reminded to take a lateral flow test 45 minutes before visiting and only attend if it's negative.
