The countdown is over in Braddan today, as in-patients are transferred from the 'old' hospice - St Bridget's on Kensington Road, to the new facility in the grounds of the new Noble's Hospital.
It's the culmination of a massive project that has taken many years, hundreds of people and millions of pounds to achieve.
Chief Executive Margaret Simpson (pictured) says the transfer is just a matter of taking plenty of time, and making people welcome at the new site:
Island's finances 'in a better position than most other jurisdictions'
Completion of assisted dying bill 'the most significant moment of 2025'
Keep dogs away from Garwick Beach for next few days
Cost of sending a letter on the Island to increase in January
