New £1,000 offer put on the table for members to vote on
Nursing staff on the Isle of Man are being consulted over another pay offer put forward by Manx Care.
It follows months of ongoing negotiations with the Royal College of Nursing.
The union is already balloting its members on whether they would be willing to breach their employment contracts and go on strike.
Staff are now being offered a £1,000 consolidated payment for this financial year in addition to the six per cent pay award the health body has already offered.
