Fourteen hundred staff in the Department of Health and the Department of Social Care are to receive a one-off sum in settlement of their pay claim.
The unconsolidated, non-pensionable payment will amount to £350 for employees who earn less than £25,000 a year, and £250 for those with an annual salary between £25,000 and £43,500.
Anybody earning more than £43,500 won't benefit from the agreement.
