An intrepid sailor from Peel is to cross the Atlantic after signing up for a leg of the Clipper Ventures Round the World Yacht Race.
Andrew Hall, who owns Hall's Marine Supplies in the town, will sail from Jamaica to Liverpool via New York, Nova Scotia and Cork to raise money for Peel Lifeboat and Douglas Sailing for the Disabled.
Mr Hall says as well as the fundraising element, he's looking to test his sailing ability:
If you'd like to sponsor Andrew, call Hall Marine Supplies or pop into the shop in Peel.
