Follows Tesco takeover of Shoprite
The Subway branches in the Peel and Port Erin Shoprite stores will close at 8pm on Tuesday 27 February.
It follows the takeover of all nine Shoprite stores on the Island by Tesco.
Confirming the closures a Shoprite spokesperson said the company had no further comment.
The American owned Subway fast food chain has outlets throughout the UK.
