Chief Minister implores locals to only leave house for essential trips
The chief minister says people not obeying the 'stay at home' rule is the main reason behind the number of unexplained Covid-19 cases.
Although we are now past the peak of local infection unlinked cases continue to appear.
In the last 24 hours there has been four cases with unknown transmission.
