'People's views lead to real change' says Manx Care
People who access the Mental Health Service on the Isle of Man are being asked to share their experiences.
Manx Care has launched a set of feedback questionnaires which are designed to improve the service.
The health body says it will provide people a ‘more meaningful way’ to give their views.
Ross Bailey, Head of Mental Health at Manx Care, said: "Listening to people who use our services is essential to improving care.
"These new questionnaires will allow us to hear more clearly about what is working well and where we can do better within individual mental health services.
"They will sit alongside the Friends and Family Test, which gives us an overall picture, but these new questionnaires will help us go deeper.
"The feedback we receive will directly inform how services continue to develop, and we are committed to showing how people’s views lead to real change."
Questionnaires are voluntary and individual confidentiality will be protected; you can find more information HERE.
