Founder interned on Isle of Man 100 years ago
Pilates practitioners are marking 100 years since the founder of the exercise movement, Joseph Pilates, arrived on the Isle of Man.
On Saturday, Pilates Day will be commemorated at Zoe's Yoga and Pilates Studio in Braddan.
Pilates was created while Joseph was interned at Knockaloe outside Peel, and Saturday will see special classes raising cash for charity.
