A Pulrose pub could soon be transformed into a community hub.
It's after a campaign group to save the Pinewood moved a step closer to achieving its aim.
Brewery Heron and Brearley has recently sold the lease to Haven Homes.
Chair of the Pinewood Social Club and South Douglas MHK Bill Malarkey says locals are making a real effort to ensure the transition is a success:
