Successful candidates will serve for five years
The publicly represented body which makes decision on planning is looking for two new members.
Around 20 per cent of all applications are determined by the planning committee, which meets once every two weeks in Douglas.
Two of the six members have reached the end of their terms, with replacements now being sought.
A good knowledge of the Island's public, private and third sectors is required, and successful candidates will serve for five years.
To find out more people can visit the planning website, email planning@gov.im or call Steve Butler on 01624 685903.
The closing date for applications is 11 October, and it is anticipated that interviews will take place later that month.
