Units to be built in two separate blocks in the south of the Island
Plans to build 26 new industrial units in the south of the Island have been given the go-ahead.
Dandara has been granted planning approval for the erection of the industrial, storage and distribution units in two separate blocks on vacant land between the Ballasalla by-pass and Balthane Park.
The units are to be built in two separate blocks, and will not be able to be used on Sundays or Bank Holidays to safeguard the character of the area.
