Hartford Homes submits planning application
A suburb of Douglas could be expanded after a planning application has been submitted for eleven more homes.
Developer Hartford Homes has applied to build the mix of semi and detached properties in Farmhill.
Nine of the houses will be four and five bedrooms and two two-bed homes.
If given the green light, the company says the project would involve clearing a plantation of around 100 trees.
