Estate to be built near Ballatessan Meadow
Peel is set to grow by another 47 homes after plans for a new estate were approved by planners.
The development, which includes open spaces, a playground, and drainage, will be built in a field near to Ballatessan Meadow and Castle View Nursing Home.
The estate will include a mix of four and three-bedroom properties, 12 of which will be affordable homes.
