Hartford Homes hosts pre-application consultation event in Castletown
Hartford Homes has hosted a public consultation for people to view its plans for the former Buchan School in Castletown.
King William's College sold its junior site to the developer earlier this year as part of efforts to consolidate its campuses.
In Castletown Town Hall, plans were on display for a new 86-property estate at Westhill - incorporating 65 family homes and 21 affordable homes.
The developer is hoping to submit a planning application in five-six weeks' time and, subject to approval and work getting underway, making the first homes available in 2027.
