Applicant aiming for November opening for festive season
There are plans in for an ice rink and marquee to be built at the former Lord Street Car Park site in Douglas for this Christmas.
If approved, the applicant hopes to have the site open from 13 November until 31 January, next year.
The application is for the venue, with parking, to operate daily from 10am until 10pm.
