Application includes new walls and crossing points
The owners of Eden Business Park are seeking planning permission to place a sculpture on the Cooil Road roundabout, but designs have yet to be revealed.
Plans were submitted in April for new walls, crossing points and other improvements to be made around the entrance to the business park and the roundabout.
The application also includes provision for a yet-to-be-revealed sculpture in the centre of the roundabout.
Any final design will be subject to a planning condition and must ensure drivers have full visibility, whilst future maintenance will be undertaken by the applicant.
A separate application was also lodged for 'illuminated signs' either side of the entrance to Eden Business Park.
The plans were discussed by Braddan Commissioners at a meeting last week, with no objections raised.
