Proposals to revitalise buildings on protected buildings register included in plans
Plans to revamp the quayside in Douglas have the potential to create dozens of jobs.
That’s according to the company behind the proposals to ‘rejuvenate’ a large part of North Quay.
Kelproperties (IOM) Limited has applied for planning permission to redevelop the properties it owns there – two of which are on the protected buildings register.
