New Richmond Hill site proposed
Plans have been submitted for a new Eastern Civic Amenity Site on Richmond Hill.
It would replace the existing facility which local authorities say has a poor layout, is too small and is too far away from the Energy From Waste Plant.
If approved the replacement will be built by Dandara, which owns the land, and will cost local authorities around £3 million.
