Opportunity for Island to go further
Putting a tax on plastic bags is only the first step in fixing a much wider problem.
So says Friends of the Earth coordinator Cat Turner.
The UK is to introduce a nationwide tax on single-use bags in October.
Ms Turner says the Island has the opportunity to take it further:
