Witnesses and those with footage are being urged to come forward
Police are appealing for information as they continue to investigate an assault that occurred in the area of Hillside Avenue in Douglas on 28 August.
The incident is believed to have happened at around 3.30pm and that members of the public were present.
The constabulary is asking for witnesses or those that may have footage to come forward.
