Police appeal to find lorry driver who may have 'panicked'

Collided with a number of vehicles

Police are looking for a lorry driver who may have 'panicked' after hitting a number of parked vehicles.

Officers want to speak to the driver of the blue flat bed truck which was travelling along Derby Square, in Douglas, at 7.10pm on Wednesday (4 August).

They failed to stop after the collision.

The lorry had two objects strapped to the back of it and the driver was wearing a hard hat and high visibility clothing.

Anyone with information should contact Police Headquarters or Crimestoppers.
