The incident occurred on 20 November
The police are appealing for witnesses to an altercation between a male and a female outside of Marks and Spencer in Douglas on Monday (20 November).
The incident occurred at approximately 12.35pm.
The constabulary says whilst it appreciates some time may have passed as it carried out various enquires, it may assist to jog people’s memories that there was a Dalmatian dog in the area at the time - the animal is not involved in the incident.
