A political commentator says he wouldn't expect any election candidate in the constituencies most affected by proposals for an offshore windfarm to keep quiet on the subject.
The Attorney General has issued advice to those standing in the upcoming House of Keys General Election in relation to the Mooir Vannin project.
The guidance warns that any member who expresses support or concern over the proposed 87-turbine development off the Island's east coast may be unable to take part in the decision-making process.
