Warning comes ahead of racing road closures
The police are calling for employers across the Island to discuss travel plans with staff ahead of the upcoming racing fortnight.
It's due to course roads closing at 6pm during practice week - when many people are heading home for the day.
In a statement on social media, the Isle of Man Constabulary is asking employers to consider allowing staff to stagger their start and finishing times and approve working from home requests to help ease pressure.
