Police meeting tonight

Ramsey residents will get the chance this evening to find out more about how changes to the police will affect them.

A public meeting will see Home Affairs Minister Juan Watterson MHK and senior officers talk about the future of policing in the light of budget cutbacks.

Members of the public will also be able to ask questions and air their views on the changes announced by Chief Constable Gary Roberts three months ago.

The Police Consultative Forum will meet in Ramsey Town Hall at 7pm.
