Booze seized from youngsters
An illicit beach party in the north of the Island was brought to a halt by police last night.
Residents alerted officers to a group of under-18-year-olds, who were planning a get together in Ballaugh.
More than 50 bottles and cans were seized.
Police have reminded teenagers of the laws surrounding alcohol, possession of which underage can lead to a fine of £500.
